Construction of prefabricated buildings with multi-level foundation and elimination of thermal bridges consists of a base plate (1) with a vertical offset and hydro insulation (2), on which are in unequal horizontal level anchored the base anchoring profiles (3). Supporting structural system create supporting vertical lattice girders (4) with a vertical offset (5), anchored to the foundation anchor profile (3). The supporting vertical structural system is bound with anchor fastening profiles (7) of external cladding in the unequal horizontal level of height offset (6). The bearing part of the roof structure creates roof lattice truss (8) with a horizontal offset of the contact surfaces (9), anchored to the anchor fastening profile (7) of external cladding. The construction of the cladding, flooring and under-roof space is completed after the cladding with interconnected thermal insulation (10), (11) and (12). |
