TREATMENT METHOD OF LEACHATES FROM LANDFILL AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for processing landfill leachate and an apparatus for the same are provided to improve denitrification effect and reduce non-degradable chemical oxygen demand(COD) without the separate addition of a chemical. CONSTITUTION: The introduction amount of leachate is controlled by introducing the leachate in a flow controlling bath(110). The leachate is transferred to a biological reaction bath(120) in which an anoxic-anaerobic condition is alternated. The leachate is nitrated to reduce organic materials and nitrogen load. Floats and precipitates contained in the leachate are eliminated by being transferred to a collecting bath(130). The floats and the precipitates are re-transferred to a landfill. The leachate is transferred to a downward flow artificial wetland(140) to eliminate COD and NO_xN.
