HIGH-CONCENTRATION WASTE-WATER AND LIVESTOCKWASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM AND ITS OPERATIONAL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A system for purifying and recycling high concentration wastewater and livestock wastewater and a method for operating the same are provided to decompose non-degradable organic materials and increase and simplify processing processes. CONSTITUTION: A solid-liquid separator(100) separates waste, wastewater, and livestock wastewater into solid materials and liquid materials. A vacuum dehydrator(110) rapidly rotates the materials to eliminate moisture and salinity. A reactor(125) coagulates dehydrated materials and a coagulating agent. A precipitating bath discharges sludge and floats the liquid materials. A floating bath(130) floats and discharges sludge remained in the liquid materials. A chemical oxygen demand(COD) reducing part micronizes the liquid materials, the micronized bubbles are destructed. A biological oxygen demand reducing parts are in connection with one side of the COD reducing part and processes active sludge and high efficient microorganism.
