PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which has excellent high-temperature holding power and excellent low-temperature adhesive force and which can form a pressure-sensitive adhesive that is less corrosive to metal, and to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet using the composition. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises at least a product of a copolymerization reaction of a monomer mixture which has a composition comprising an alkyl (meth)acrylate having an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and an unsaturated monomer having an oxazoline group (monomer m2).
