PURPOSE: An energy saving prefabricated house with a solar tracking type driving device is provided to move the house according to time so that the living room windows face the sunlight always, thereby maximizing the solar generation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An energy saving prefabricated house comprises a living room window on the southern side, a solar cell module plate on the roof, a heat-seeking sensor installed in the center of the roof, a rainwater blocking plate(30) which is made of a circular rubber plate with a through hole(31), and a buried base block(40) which is provided with a shaft insertion pipe(41) on the same axis as the through hole and a control box(46) connected to the solar cell module plate and the heat-seeking sensor. |
