<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed tea product which is suitable for mass production, ensures safety, and maintains developed green color; and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The processed tea product subjected to a copper chlorophyll-producing treatment including mixing copper ion water W1 with dried tea leaves and further heating the mixture, is a liquid tea L in a state that tea leaf ingredients are dissolved or dispersed in water and containing the copper ion of a grasped amount. When the tea liquid L subjected to the copper chlorophyll-producing treatment is supplied to a market, it can be avoided that a consumer takes the copper ion in an amount not less than a daily necessary amount or not less than an intake-limiting amount, because the amount of the copper ion contained in the liquid tea L is grasped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
