<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a user creating a document file associated to a structured document file. <P>SOLUTION: A structured document editing selection part 12 selects a constituent element of the structured document file 5 according to an operation input, and inserts it into an optional position of an association document file 7. The structured document editing selection part 12 changes contents of the structured document file 5 according to an operation input. The structured document editing selection part 12 edits storage destination information of the structured document file 5 according to an operation input. A structured document conversion part 13 converts the constituent element of the structured document file 5 into character string data of a format of the association document file 7.
