<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device capable of cutting off a power source to a landing hall device in a standby mode of an elevator, and capable of transmitting a return signal to an elevator control panel when a passenger approaches a landing hall in a state of not supplying the power source to a landing hall power source. <P>SOLUTION: This elevator control device includes a landing hall button arranged in the landing hall of respective floors, the landing hall device 1 arranged on the respective floors and inputting a contact point signal of the landing hall button, the elevator control panel 3 including a CPU 3a for performing various information communications via a transmission passage 5 between the landing hall device 1 and itself and controlling supply of the landing hall power source 2 to the landing hall device 1, a circuit breaker 3b for cutting off the landing hall power source 2 by control of the CPU 3a when the contact point signal of the landing hall button is not input in a set time, and a motion sensor 1a for outputting a signal when the passenger approaches the landing hall when cutting off the landing hall power source 2.
