<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic inspection device for simply inspecting a body to be inspected. <P>SOLUTION: By a substrate surface detector 38, cross-sectional images of the body to be inspected, that comprises a substrate and electronic components, are image-analyzed to determine a surface image with a substrate surface displayed therein from among the cross-sectional images. By a pseudo cross-section image generator 40, a domain of solder is determined for joining the substrate displayed in the cross-sectional image on to the electronic components on the basis of the surface image to generate a pseudo cross-section image with a thickness pseudoly given to its imaging range by accumulating the cross-sectional images with the solder displayed therein. By an inspection part 42, the domain of the solder displayed in the surface image and the domain of the solder displayed in the pseudo cross-section image are image-analyzed to estimate whether or not the joint state of the solder is satisfactory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
