<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic circuit where a used magnet and an iron material are easily separated and recovered while precisely and maintaining the constant size of magnetic gap. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic circuit includes a bowl-shaped metal yoke having an approximately circular bottom surface and a sidewall extended from an edge of the bottom surface to an upper direction, an approximately cylindrical magnet whose bottom surface is fixed on a center of the internal bottom surface of the yoke by a magnetic force without using an adhesive, an approximately disk-shaped metal pole whose bottom surface is fixed on an upper surface of the magnet by a magnetic force without using the adhesive such that it is concentric with the cylinder of the magnet, and an approximately ring top plate which forms a magnetic gap with an interval from a circumference part of a disk of the pole such that it is concentric with the disk of the pole to enclose the pole and fix the bottom surface on an upper part of the sidewall of the yoke. Further, the magnetic circuit includes a pole positioning member that determines a position for disposing the pole by being disposed around the magnet without contacting the magnet and being engaged with both bottom surface of the pole and internal bottom surface of the yoke. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
