PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented film excellent in heat resistance and electric insulation. SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented film uses a thermoplastic polyether ketone resin as a main component and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 145 to <180°C, wherein a resin component having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of≥180°C is contained in an amount of 5-48 mass%. A breakdown voltage of the biaxially oriented film at 23°C (BDV23) is≥350 kV/mm. A ratio between a breakdown voltage of the biaxially oriented film at 140°C (BDV140) and the breakdown voltage at 23°C, BDV140/BDV23 is≥0.7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
