<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a reaction quantity of a hydrocracking process and to achieve high conversion rate. <P>SOLUTION: The additive for hydrocracking processes includes a solid organic material having a particle size of about 0.1 to about 2,000μm, bulk density of about 500 to about 2,000 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, apparent density of about 1,000 to about 2,000 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, and humidity of 0 to about 5 wt.%. Methods for production and use of the additive for hydrocracking processes are also provided.
