<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis method for determining whether a service cannot be received due to the problem of a network relay device, when a user intending to perform connection to a service by performing network registration is unable to receive the service due to a flaw of a network or is unable to conduct communication. <P>SOLUTION: A network relay device includes a means to determine whether a packet to be disposed is a diagnosing packet in disposing the packet and notifying a function of collecting disposal information in the device, regarding the output source user of the disposal packet and a disposal location, when it is a diagnosing packet; a means to collectively manage notified disposal information for each user to be tabulated, on a disposal location basis; and a function of receiving an instruction from a maintenance terminal to read whether disposal information is present on a user basis. A test terminal is provided capable of registering user information and outputting a network service intended to be diagnosed to the network relay device by using the diagnosing packet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
