PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a compressor and a structure of its drive system device. SOLUTION: The oil-free screw compressor is composed of compressor bodies 1, 2 compressing gas, a motor 10 driving rotors of the compressor bodies via accelerating gears 2a, 2b, 9, a gear casing 3 housing the accelerating gears, and cooling system devices 31, 41 cooling discharge air, or the like. An oil pump 52 is driven by an oil pump gear shaft 71 attached to a bull gear 9. A shaft seal 74 is attached to a shaft seal cover 73, and it seals lubricating oil in a gear case 3 with a bush 72.
