PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a homogeneous emulsion mixed fuel by continuously and efficiently converting a cleaned waste oil and a mineral oil fuel to the homogeneous mixed fuel. SOLUTION: There is provided the apparatus for producing the homogeneous emulsion mixed fuel, having improved cleaning performance by combining an apparatus for centrifugal removal of insoluble solid component (MS) with a filtration apparatus and having an improved emulsion mixed fuel circulation system including a flow controlling pipe and improving fuel performance of the homogeneous emulsion mixed fuel.
