PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which is excellent in bag productivity and can be torn apart with a beautiful cut linear with respect to the circumferential direction from an opening notch when a so-called hat cutting operation of opening it from a back pasted part and separating an upper part from a lower part of the packaging bag is to be carried out. SOLUTION: In the packaging bag having a tubular structure obtained by bonding both side ends of a packaging material having a heat seal layer as an innermost layer with each other so that the back sides thereof meet with each other, forming a back-pasted seal part, and then sealing a bottom part and a top part, the opening notch is provided at a predetermined part of the back-pasted seal part, and an opening guide line which guides the tearing of the packaging bag in the circumferential direction at a center part of the packaging material in the width direction, wherein the opening guide line is formed of an opening guide line center part which is approximately horizontal and opening guide line end parts directed from both ends of the opening guide line center part toward a lateral side end of the packaging material, with the front end of the opening guide line end part located 1 mm or more inside with respect to the lateral side end of the packaging material, and the opening notch located within a range of height from the lowest point to the highest point of the opening guide line when the packaging material is placed vertically.
