PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and firmly perform the connection of an electrode of a battery while maintaining reliability. SOLUTION: The power supply device includes a plurality of battery modules 10 each having a plurality of cylindrical battery cells 11 straightly connected to each other; a module terminal 12 electrically connected to an electrode of the battery cell 11 at both ends of the battery module 10 and protruded out of the end surface of the battery cell 11; and a connecting fitting 20 for mutually connecting the module terminals 12 of the adjacent battery modules 10. The connecting fitting 20 includes a terminal insert portion 23 for inserting the module terminal 12 and a screw insert recess 24 for inserting a fixing screw 30, communicating with the terminal insert portion 23 which are opened at two or more positions. By inserting the fixing screw 30 to the screw insert recess 24 in a state that the module terminal 12 is inserted to each terminal insert portion 23, the side surface of the fixing screw 30 presses the inner surface of the screw insert recess 24 to extend the screw insert recess 24, whereby the module terminal 12 is fixed to the connecting fitting 20.
