PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dustpan apparatus which includes a dustpan body and a garbage bag only, wherein the garbage bag is easily attached/detached to/from the dustpan body. SOLUTION: An opening part of the garbage bag 12 is put over a cover part 4 from a reverse surface side of an opening part 5 of the dustpan body 1, the opening part of the garbage bag 12 is drawn toward a front surface side of the dustpan body 1, and is bent inward at a sweep-in port 2. Right and left and upper edges of the opening part of the garbage bag 12 are gripped by a right frame body 6a and a right grip piece 10a, a left frame body 6b and a left grip piece 10b of a gate-shaped grip body 6, and an upper part front edge 4a and an upper part grip piece 10c of the cover part 4, so that a lower surface of the opening part of the garbage bag 12 is bent toward a bottom plate 3 from the sweep-in port 2, and three edges of the opening part of the garbage bag 12 are fixed to the dustpan body 1. Thus, since the garbage bag 12 leads to an end part from the opening part 5 of the dustpan body 1, dust swept through the sweep-in port 2 is collected inside the garbage bag 12.
