PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emission enzyme immunity flow-through device of high sensitivity, a method for manufacturing the same, and a light detection method having high sensitivity. SOLUTION: In the emission enzyme immunity flow-through device equipped with a porous membrane for immunologically capturing a physiologically active substance to detect the substance by the enzymatic emission of high sensitivity and an absorption layer for absorbing the solution passing through the porous membrane, the absorbing layer contains at least one component selected from among a group consisting of an oxidation inhibitor, a chelating agent and a surfactant.
