PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet having a pattern of an uneven part having higher rigidity improving effect as compared with a conventional effect, and to provide a layered structure and a vehicle panel using the same. SOLUTION: A second area A2 is arranged toward the direction orthogonal to a first area A1. Both ends in the longitudinal direction of each first area A1 are opposite to a center part in the longitudinal direction of the adjacent second areas A2, both ends in the longitudinal direction of each second area A2 are opposite to a center part in the longitudinal direction of the adjacent first areas A1, and an intermediate area A3 is arranged in an area surrounded by the first area A1 and the second area A2. A long ridge part 211 of the first area A1 and the second area A2 and intermediate area A3 adjacent thereto are connected to each other by a first skirt part 31, and a long ridge part 221 of a profile contour part of the second area A2, and the first area A1 and the intermediate area A3 adjacent thereto are connected by a second skirt part 32.
