PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow solving the problem that a healing effect member which is inserted to a pillow or sandwiched between two pillow bodies piled up vertically is deformed or destroyed by pressure of the weight of a head, that a conventional pillow cannot provide a sufficient healing effect even with a healing effect member contained inside because the material of the pillow does not have a sufficient air permeability in spite of the fact that the softness and shape of the material have been improved to pursue the comfort of a pillow, and that a healing effect member results in disturbance of its original function due to feeling of a foreign substance if the hardness is too high. SOLUTION: This pillow has a structure where two layers of pillow bodies are piled up with a joint means mounted around a pillow body. Pockets containing healing effect members are made on both the sides of the interlayer corresponding to both the sides of a head.
