PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric leakage detection device to improve detection accuracy by restraining incorrect detection. SOLUTION: The electric leakage detection device includes a plurality of primary conductors 11a, 11b, and 11c, a core 12 made of a ring-shaped magnetic material which makes the plurality of primary conductors penetrate inside, a toroidal electric leakage detection coil 13 wherein a winding wire is wound around along the ring of the core, a leaked current detection part 15 for detecting output voltage based on induced voltage generated in the electric leakage detection coil 13, and a balanced output control coils 23a, 23c which is formed with the coil symmetrically arranged along a circumference of the core on the core 12 where the electric leakage detection coil 13 is toroidally wound around together with the electric leakage detection coil 13 to generate an output to cancel a magnetic flux in the core generated with balanced current.
