PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a strong animal injury-preventing fence for preventing injurious animals such as a wild boar from invading in fields etc. SOLUTION: Intersections of a plurality of iron wires 2 and 2 in the vertical direction with iron wires 3 and 3 in the transverse direction are welded to provide a welded wire net 1a. Meshes 4 composed by the iron wires in the vertical direction and the iron wires in the transverse direction of the welded wire net are regulated to a size such that the injurious animals to be the object can not pass therethrough. The interval Y<SB>2</SB>of the iron wires in the transverse direction under the welded wire net 1a can be narrowed and the meshes 4 can be reduced to thereby prevent the passage of cubs. Each pile 5 is welded along the one lateral side in the welded wire net 1a. The pile 5 is extended downward from the iron wires 2 in the vertical direction of the welded wire net 1a to provide an underground buried part 5a.
