PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine with high output and high efficiency by balancing inductances of respective phases even when a stator in which stator windings different in phases are disposed in slots of a stator core in three-phase winding is used. SOLUTION: The stator 5 is constituted of the stator core 6 having a plurality of slots circumferentially opened to an inner peripheral surface, and the stator winding 7 wound around the respective slots. In the stator winding 7, at least the respective phases are divided into two (7U-A, 7U-B, 7V-A, 7V-B, 7W-A, 7W-B), respectively, and after insertion of the stator core 6, the windings are connected in parallel for each phase or connected directly.
