The knife has blades aligned opposite to each other and placed on prolonged axles. A blade body (1) is provided in centre between the two blades in an upper region, and a ring holder faces the body. Ring holder holes are introduced at left end and right end of the ring holder. A space between the holes engages a t-shaped notch, which leads into a bore hole for axle bolt (7). The body comprises an axle tire in centre between the blades in a bottom portion. The tire has another hole in the centre for receiving the axle bolt.
