PURPOSE: A flash content navigation method, a mobile electronic device, and a computer-readable medium are provided to enable a user to cooperate using the flash content. CONSTITUTION: A flash navigating signal is received(S205). A full screen interface is popped up by the size of the touch screen(S210). The size of an area which is larger than the touch screen is determined(S215). If the size is same, the displayed flash content is resized in order to be fit for the size of the touch screen(S225). A flash content is reproduce by the size of the scaled flash content(S230).
