PURPOSE: A lining material of a branch pipe, a manufacturing method of the lining material, and a lining method of a branch pipe are provided to simplify the lining method of a branch pipe using the lining material in which a tubular resin absorber and a flange member are securely coupled. CONSTITUTION: A lining material of a branch pipe comprises tubular resin absorbers(2) and flange members(8). The tubular resin absorbers are composed of a flexible material and are inserted into a branch pipe. One end of each tubular resin absorber is folded to be coupled to the flange members. The flange members have curved flange units adhered to the edge of the inlet of the branch pipe. The folded parts of the tubular resin absorbers are pressed and are widened. The tubular resin absorbers and the flange members are coupled to each other by spreading adhesive(9) on the flange units and the front ends of the tubular resin absorbers.
