PURPOSE: A composition containing extract of Agaricus bisporus mycelium or fruit body is provided to enhance anti-aging and anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging and anti-wrinkling contains extract of Agaricus bisporus mycelium or fruit body as an active ingredient. The deposit number of Agaricus bisporus is IUM03418(strain and DNA genebank deposit number). A pharmaceutical composition for anti-aging and anti-wrinkling contains the extract as an active ingredient. A neutraceutical for anti-aging and anti-wrinkling contains the extract as an active ingredient. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of skin lotion, skin softener, skin toner, astringent, lotion, hand cream, foundation, essence, pack, soap, and cleansing foam.
