PURPOSE: An apparatus for repairing and reinforcing a slab and a method for repairing and reinforcing a slab using the same are provided to stably repair and reinforce a slab by applying uniform compressive force to the bottom surface of the slab. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for repairing and reinforcing a slab comprises a slab(104), anchoring members(110), and a bias member(120). One end of each steel wire(130) of the anchoring members is connected to the edge of the slab. The bias member is arranged on the top center of the slab to be connected to the steel wires and applies tension to the steel wires. The height of the bias member is adjusted through the movement of a screw member.
