PURPOSE: A probe unit for inspecting a flat display panel and connector for connecting an interface unit and flat display panel inspector with the same are provided to easily and electrically connect or separate a probe unit and an interface unit with a one touch method without using a screw. CONSTITUTION: A guide member(110) is installed in a body in which a first circuit substrate of an interface unit is installed. A pressing member(120) is connected to one end of a second circuit substrate of a probe unit on a bottom surface. The pressing member is placed on an upper surface of the guide member to connect patterns of the first circuit substrate with patterns of the second circuit substrate. A locking member closely fixes the pressing member to the guide member to steadily maintain the connection of patterns of the first circuit substrate and patterns of the second circuit substrate.
