<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which power consumption is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device has a first transistor, a second transistor, a first inverter circuit and a second inverter circuit. An inverted clock signal is inputted to a gate of the first transistor, and a clock signal is inputted to a gate of the second transistor. First wiring is electrically connected to one of a source and a drain of the first transistor, and an input of the first inverter circuit is electrically connected to the other of the source and the drain of the first transistor.
