<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which power consumption is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device has a first transistor, a second transistor, a first inverter circuit and a second inverter circuit. An inverted clock signal is inputted to a gate of the first transistor, and a clock signal is inputted to a gate of the second transistor. First wiring is electrically connected to one of a source and a drain of the first transistor, and an input of the first inverter circuit is electrically connected to the other of the source and the drain of the first transistor. One of a source and a drain of the second transistor is electrically connected to an output of the first inverter circuit, an input of the second inverter circuit is electrically connected to the other of the source and the drain of the second transistor, and second wiring is electrically connected to an output of the second inverter circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
