<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel device improving the difficulty in treatment such as hemostasis in an endoscopic surgery, more specifically, applicable to a surgery site with easy operability without contact of a sheet with a bodily fluid, etc., pressing the sheet to the surgery site, and assisting the treatment such as hemostasis. <P>SOLUTION: The device 10 for the endoscopic surgery includes: an outer sheath 12 for housing the sheet 30; an inner shaft 14 inserted into the outer sheath 12 in such a way as relatively movable in the axial direction; a pressing part 66 for pressing the sheet 30 on the surgery site; and rack-and-pinion operation mechanisms 44 and 50 for exposing the sheet 30 to outside from the distal end side of the outer sheath 12 by applying the drive force in the axial direction between the outer sheath 12 and the inner shaft 14 and relatively moving the inner shaft 14 to the distal end side of the outer sheath 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
