<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy of positions and angles of a pivot holder and a wiper motor, etc., fixed to a frame by enhancing accuracy of the shape of the frame including bent parts. <P>SOLUTION: In this modular type wiper device 11 for a vehicle, the pivot holder 21a on a driver's seat side for rotatably supporting a pivot shaft 13a on the driver's seat side, the pivot holder 21b on a front passenger seat side for rotatably supporting a pivot shaft 13b on the front passenger seat side and the wiper motor 17 for oscillating and driving each of the pivot shafts 13a and 13b are connected by the frame 31 including the two bent parts.
