摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient heat storage system having high thermal storage density. SOLUTION: The heat storage system 100 includes: a reaction container 1 having an opening section 21 thereon and containing a heat storage material 3; a heat storage material heating section that heats the heat storage material 3 during heat storage operation; a condenser 12 that is disposed over the opening surface 21 and obtains condensate water separated from the heat storage material 3 by heating the heat storage material 3; a condensed moisture separation member 13 that is disposed between the opening section 21 and the condenser 12 and prevents the condensate water from flowing into the reaction container 1; and a thermal storage container 2 that contains the reaction container 1, the heat storage material heating section, the condenser 12 and the condensed moisture separation member 13. On the condensed moisture separation member 13, a plurality of protrusions 23 are formed and each of the protrusions 23 has openings 24 that pass vapor. Parts that are on the condensed moisture separation member 13 that are located between the plurality of protrusions 23 have a slope that moves the condensed moisture attached on the separation member 13 on the separation member.
