PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective, appropriate and economical device preventing dew formation within a cargo handling yard in a refrigerated storage. SOLUTION: In the cargo handling yard in the refrigerated storage, a cargo carrying-in/out port for carrying in/out cargo is provided on one wall face facing a truck yard, and a door for entering to/leaving from the storage interior leading to a refrigerator is provided on the other wall face. An air sending device supplying low-temperature low-humidity air inside the cargo handling yard is provided. This refrigerated storage air blowing device includes an air blower on the cargo carrying-in/out port side installed in the vicinity of the cargo carrying-in/out port and in a position above the opening height of the cargo carrying-in/out port and sends air within the cargo handling yard slantly downwardly toward the door for entering to/leaving from the storage interior.
