PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing apparatus that performs a neatly squaring process of a folding top part without any damage such as a wrinkle on a booklet spine, and to provide an image forming apparatus with the same. SOLUTION: In the sheet post-processing apparatus, circumferential velocities V1 and V2 of rotating surfaces of first and second pressing members 650 and 651 which are rotary driven by a pressing-member rotary-drive motor SM9, the rotating surfaces being pressed against the folding top part 2a1 of the booklet 2a, are set so as to be greater than a moving velocity W of a moving unit 656a.
