PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device capable of improving positioning accuracy of a fork in transfer, and capable of reducing the size and weight in the whole device. SOLUTION: The fork 13 for placing a work W is longitudinally moved by expansion operation of first and second arms 10A, 10B, 11A and 11B. A connecting base 12 is installed in a tip part of the second arms 11A and 11B, and an angle correcting mechanism 14 is arranged between the connecting base 12 and the fork 13 for correcting a connecting angle in response to deflection of the first and second arms 10A, 10B, 11A and 11B.
