摘要 Provided is a highly-reliable power storage device cell that achieves both instantaneous operation and long-lasting power and in which the capacitance can be sustained even when the cell is repeatedly subjected to quick charge/discharge. The disclosed power storage device cell includes: a capacitor positive electrode (11a); a lithium positive electrode (11b); a common negative electrode (7) having a charge collector foil in which through holes (4) are formed and on which electrode layers (5,6) are formed; a first separator (12) sandwiched between the capacitor positive electrode (11a) and the surface of the common negative electrode (7) on the side of the electrode layer (5), to thereby form a capacitor; and a second separator (13) sandwiched between the lithium positive electrode (11b) and the surface of the common negative electrode (7) on the side of the electrode layer (6), to thereby form a lithium-ion battery; wherein the capacitor positive electrode (11a) and the lithium positive electrode (11b) are short-circuited. Second electrode layers (9) contain particles of a lithium phosphate-type compound having an olivine structure. The third electrode layers (5,6) contain particles of lithium titanate as the main components thereof, and the third charge collector foil (3) is made of an aluminum foil.
