<p>The device has piezoelectric films (28, 29) arranged on top of each other on a running surface. Outer aluminum layers (30-33) are arranged on both sides of the films. The aluminum layers form signal outputs with positive and negative poles (34, 35) and are connected with a control device (25). The films are formed from fluoroplastic material or polyvinylidene fluoride. Sides of the films are connected with the positive pole, where the sides are turned toward each other. Lateral bearer rings (13, 15) are connected with the negative pole.</p>
