摘要 <p>The microbiological culture plate comprises integrated smear system that is provided from a lower part (1) with a fixed breeding ground (3) present on its bottom and consists of a cover (2) overlapping the lower part. The cover has a septum (4) for sample introduction that are rotated against the both septa and not opened so that a sterile terminated room forms against the environment. The overlapping of the lower part at its side edges elastically yields the cover on whose inner side is provided itself with a firmly attached smear system with a lip. The microbiological culture plate comprises integrated smear system that is provided from a lower part (1) with a fixed breeding ground (3) present on its bottom and consists of a cover (2) overlapping the lower part. The cover has a septum (4) for sample introduction that are rotated against the both septa and not opened so that a sterile terminated room forms against the environment. The overlapping of the lower part at its side edges elastically yields the cover on whose inner side is provided itself with a firmly attached smear system with a lip having an elastomeric plastic at its lower edge after which guiding pins/guiding webs are arranged. The guiding pins/guiding webs are guided in a guiding groove (5) so that a defined adjusted distance is reversibly surmountable between the cover inside and the upper edge of the lower part. The lip of the smear system occurs with the rotation of the cover against the lower part in operative contact with a fluid sample and/or the fixed breeding ground. The guiding pins after overcoming of immobilization points from the upper section of the guiding grooves are conductible over a short screw thread-like slope of an inclined portion into the guiding groove, which is rotatably formed at the outer circumference of the lower part by rotating the cover in a clockwise direction. The microbiological culture plate is provided with the rotation against the clockwise direction, where the cover is reducible into its starting position. The smear system consists of a web radially arranged and the lip attached on the smear system. A septum is eccentrically attached into the cover. The lower part possesses itself at the outer circumference of a conical recess widening in direction of the bottom, where a horizontal leading edge passes into its middle that is provided with interruptions of defined width. The circumferential guiding groove is located itself below the leading edges. The guiding webs of the covers are conductible by the interruptions into the leading edge and the rotation of the cover is given in the lower area of the conical recess around 360[deg] C. The cover consists of flexible plastic material and/or glass, which is transparent like material of the lower part. The lower part is executed from refractory material for the temperature at 90[deg] C. All elements of the culture plate consist of radiation sterilizable radiation materials.</p>
