The exchanger has pipes (2) made of plastic i.e. polytetrafluoroethylene, extends between apertures (5, 6) of tubesheets (3, 4), and connected with the tubesheets. The pipes comprise bars extending in a longitudinal direction of the pipes, where the bars run parallel to each other. The bars run parallel to longitudinal axis (LA) of the pipes, and comprise helix shape, where height, which is measured in radial direction of the pipes, of the bars amounts to 0.5 to 1.5-surface of wall thickness of the pipes.
