摘要 PURPOSE: A thermally conductive sheet is provided to ensure excellent thermal conductivity of a plane direction, electrical insulation, masking property or surface reflectivity, to enable efficient heat transfer in an electric device, and to prevent the short circuit between electric devices. CONSTITUTION: A thermally conductive sheet(1) includes a plate-like boron nitride particles. The thermal conductivity of the direction vertical to the thickness direction of the thermally conductive sheet is 4W/m·K or greater and the volume resistance is 1×10^(10) Ω·cm or greater. In the thermally conductive sheet with the thickness of 300 micron, the transmissivity of the light with the wavelength of 500 nm is 10% or less. The surface reactivity to the light of 500 nm is 70% or greater when the surface reactivity of barium sulfate is 100%.
