THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE SHEET

PURPOSE: A thermally conductive sheet is provided to ensure excellent thermal conductivity of a plane direction vertical to the thickness direction of the thermally conductive sheet and a high heat dissipation property. CONSTITUTION: A thermally conductive sheet comprises a thermally conductive sheet(1) containing plate-like boron nitride particles. The thermal conductivity of the direction vertical to the thickness direction of the thermally conductive sheet is 4W/m·K. The glass transition point obtained as the peak value of tan δ obtained by measuring dynamic viscoelasticity in the frequency of 10 Hertz is 125°C or greater.
