<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphitizing furnace which is for a method for connecting a carbonaceous formed body group arranged in two transverse rows electrically in series and heat-treating, wherein electricity conditions and axial direction pressing of each row of the carbonaceous formed body group are stabilized and the carbonaceous formed body group is heated uniformly. <P>SOLUTION: The second terminal electrodes 4, 4 are made to face two chambers of parallel arrangement of a furnace body individually from the outside of the furnace, and electric connections of the second terminal electrodes 4, 4 are made to be performed outside the furnace using connectors 7 which are equipped with conductor plates 7a<SB>R</SB>, 7a<SB>L</SB>, movable frames 7b which connect the end parts to the conductor plates by pivot axes 7c, an upper flexible conductor 7d<SB>U</SB>and a lower flexible conductor 7d<SB>B</SB>which are supported by the movable frames, an upper contact point 7e<SB>U</SB>and a lower contact point 7e<SB>B</SB>which are arranged at both ends of those flexible conductors, and contact point pressing springs 7f which press both contact points against the conductor plates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
