<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an affiliate system allowing a plurality of sellers to utilize purchaser information even while protecting personal information and to be able to perform sales promotion approach to a purchaser hard in the approach heretofore or a potential purchaser. <P>SOLUTION: The affiliate system includes: a first database server 2 storing purchase information including a name of merchant that is a seller, a name of a purchased commodity, a commodity price, and a full nme of customer 6; and a customer attribute including an electronic mail address, a gender, and a birth date of the customer; a second database server 3 storing relevance information indicating relevance among a merchant, the customer, and an affiliator 5; and a plurality of merchant EC (Electronic Commerce) sites 4 selling commodities.
