<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that has good adhesion to an adherend, and can be suitably released without leaving any adhesive tails or destroying a supporting substrate when released. <P>SOLUTION: This double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has a structure including a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with a release sheet formed on both sides of a nonwoven fabric material, which is made by laminating a water-dispersed pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive composition applied on the release sheet to both sides of the nonwoven fabric material. The total light transmittance of the nonwoven fabric material is≥70%, and tensile strength of the MD and TD direction is 25-40 N/20 mm. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes emulsion particles of an acrylic copolymer, dispersed in an aqueous medium, containing n-butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and a carboxyl group-bearing vinyl monomer as monomer components. A gel fraction of the adhesive composition, upon lamination, measured after removal of the aqueous medium is≤10%, and the total light transmittance of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is≥75%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
