A high-permittivity resin sheet which comprises a thermoplastic resin, an elastomer, and strontium titanate as a filler and which has a relative permittivity (er) of 3.0 or more and a tensile modulus of 5 to 5000MPa, characterized in that the linear expansion coefficient of the thermoplastic resin is 10×10-5/°C or less.
