LIQUID EMBOLIC MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed is a liquid embolic material including a cyanoacrylate ester compound monomer, a polymerization inhibitor, a contrast agent, a plasticizer and an organic solvent. The cyanoacrylate ester compound monomer isß-phenyl n-butyl cyanoacrylate or alkyl cyanoacrylate which has an alkyl chain of more than six carbon atoms. A preparation method of the liquid embolic material is also provided, which includes: purifying the cyanoacrylate ester compound monomer; dissolving the polymerization inhibitor and the plasticizer in the organic solvent, bubbling with sulfur dioxide to obtain first mixture solution; adding the purified cyanoacrylate ester compound monomer into the first mixture solution to obtain second mixture solution; adding the contrast agent into the second mixture solution to obtain the liquid embolic material.
