<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece capable of being made compact and thin. <P>SOLUTION: This timepiece 1 includes: a movement 3; a solar cell 5 installed in piles on the movement 3, for generating power by receiving light, and supplying the power to the movement 3; a dial 6 having a light transmission property, installed in piles on the surface side of the solar cell 5; and a ring-shaped frame body 7 fixed to the movement 3, for supporting the solar cell 5 and the dial 6 collectively. The solar cell 5 has solar cell side protrusions 51a-51f formed protrusively on the outer peripheral part. The dial 6 has dial side protrusions 61a-61d formed protrusively on the outer peripheral part. The frame body 7 has holding parts 72a-72d formed protrusively on the inner peripheral part, for holding the solar cell side protrusions 51a-51f between itself and the movement 3; and recessed parts 73a-73d recessed on the front side surface 74, and entered by the dial side protrusions 61a-61d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
