PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and improved organic light-emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof wherein a film thickness of light-emitting portion can be made uniform and a lower part of TFT portion can be made flat.

SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device is equipped with a first pixel defining film 81a which is installed between a first electrode 61 to cover the outer shell part of the first electrode 61, and a second pixel defining film 81b to cover the first pixel defining film 81a in such a way that an edge of the first pixel defining film 81a is exposed.
